Bedford - Office based ONLY

Working hours - you will work on a rota, working either 07.30 - 16.30 or 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday, you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays working 08.30 - 17.30

£14.44 per hour

Temporary - 3-4 months with possible extension

We are searching for several Customer Service Administrators to join our prestigious client based in Bedford. We are looking for customer focused individuals to support engineers over the phone and via email. You will be re-booking appointments when engineers are unable to complete work. You will need to gather all necessary information accurately for the job to be completed accurately. It is important to have excellent attention to detail, be a good listener and a strong communicator.

The role

  • Take calls from engineers with updates on jobs.
  • Re-book jobs when the engineer is unable to complete the work.
  • Reallocate work when engineers are absent.
  • Updating various systems when jobs are completed.
  • Gather information from other teams to close jobs.
  • Update the system accordingly with the details of work that needs completing.
  • Update an Excel spreadsheet.
  • General administration.
  • Assist engineers and customers with queries over email and phone.

Skills and experience required.

  • You must have strong written and verbal communion skills.
  • Must be confident using a computer.
  • Previous customer service experience within retail or a call centre essential.
  • Previous administration experience desired, not essential.
  • Must be a natural problem solver.
  • Must be committed and hard working.
  • Knowledge of Excel advantageous.
