We are recruiting for a leading GSSA they are seeking a Reservations agent to join there expanding team local to Heathrow
Daily duties will include:
- Booking with Airlines and checking rates against the quote
- Negotiating to get the best rate available at time of booking
- Answering calls, Ensuring the telephones are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Handling Customer queries, both on e-mail and via telephone
- Monitoring and maintenance of Booking, Customer Service and documents outlook mailboxes as and when required.
- To provide admin support for key accounts
Key skills required
- 6 months+ experience working for cargo / aviation / airline
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure workloads are completed on a daily basis
- Good communication skills both written & verbal
- Good telephone manner
Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm must be flexible
