Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to book and schedule shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Lead and manage the export seafreight team.
- Negotiate rates and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in export seafreight and key account management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of international trade and customs.
- Proficiency in export documentation and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
