My client, an executive search firm, is looking for an Associate to join their London team. This role involves working closely with Directors and Consultants on various executive search projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client-facing role, has the ability to working both independently and as part of a team, showcasing initiative and flexibility. Hybrid working available.
What you'll Do:
- Work on projects from start to finish assisting with mapping, sourcing, and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Prepare and manage key documents such as proposals, role descriptions, and candidate profiles
- Record detailed notes during interviews
- Maintain and update the company's database
- Support Directors and Consultants with business development, market research, and organising client events
- Manage the logistics of search projects, including coordinating meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements
What you'll Need:
- Previous experience within a client-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Degree education
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
