What you'll do as a Customer Success Executive:
- Manage all aspects of post-sale customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing and proactive communication
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an outstanding experience from purchase to delivery and beyond
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and expertise
- Process and track customer orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in a customer success or service role, preferably in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
