Position: School Administrator (Agency Supply) Location: Burton upon Trent Working Days: Monday to Friday (Flexible) Working Hours: Typically, within 08:00 - 16:30 Hourly Rate: £12.82 - £14.50 (Dependent on role and experience)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Handle correspondence, organise files, and maintain records with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support event planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for school management.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in school administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in various school systems such as SIMS (School Information Management System), CPOMS, ParentPay or RM Education.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant administrative experience within an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with the latest educational software and database systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
