Lettings Administrator

As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting both new client interactions and the property management team. Your responsibilities will include arranging viewings and valuations, managing a busy office environment, and ensuring smooth operations. Lettings Administrator Duties:
- Processing Maintenance Invoices: Accurately entering invoices into the CRM system.
- Diary Management: Organizing schedules and appointments.
- Arranging Property Inspections: Coordinating with tenants for property inspections.
- Ensuring Compliance: Keeping properties up to date with Gas Safety, fire alarm tests, PAT tests, EPCs, etc.
- First point of contact: Answering incoming phone calls and passing onto the relevant department alongside greeting clients into the office.
- Stationery Orders: Maintaining office supplies.
Lettings Administrator Skills:
- Deadline Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Prioritization: Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Lettings Administrator Package:
- Salary: £25,000 per annum.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 5:30 pm
