Our client is seeking Associates to join their successful and highly regarded Real Estate team. Based in Guildford, you will be joining a rapidly expanding office location, with the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of their growth strategy for Real Estate.
What you'll do
As a Real Estate Associate, you will be leading on matters directly and sharing work across the region in collaboration with the wider commercial property team. Your focus will be to deliver exceptional client service, working with colleagues to strengthen the skills needed at each level to ensure clients receive all the support they need, when they need it.
This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the Partner, in addition to the wider team to advise clients on Commercial Property transactions. You will be adept at handling large and complex commercial property matters with a variety of clients, ensuring work is being done at the right level and with client service central to everything you do. Our clients range from developers to entrepreneurs and you will be experienced in developing strong and effective relationships, offering commercially relevant and practical advice from the outset.

Our client is looking for someone with recent experience working within a commercial property team, who is looking to take the next step in their career. They are seeking someone who is personally self-motivated and equally able to motivate others, with the enthusiasm and commitment to share knowledge and build capacity across the wider team. In your current work, you will be a strong business developer, able to engage with new clients while expanding existing relationships as a trusted business advisor.
You will possess strong communication and rapport-building skills, with the resilience to work under pressure by organising yourself effectively to meet deadlines as needed. Being tenacious, thorough, and attentive to detail while appreciating the 'bigger picture' for your clients, you take pride in the high standards of your work.
