Pavilion Recruitment are pleased to offer a new vacancy for a Personal Lines Broker to the Surrey market.
Our client are a small Independent Brokerage that has a created a relaxed, friendly and professional broking service environment with no demanding targets in place.
Due to an increase of insurance enquiries, the Associate Director of the Personal Lines/HNW team requires someone to join him in broking new business enquiries to the market. Together you will broke various home, HNW and motor policies to a wide composite market of Insurers through Acturis and manual market presentations.
You can expect to work on between 20-30 new business enquiries each week - all will be referred into the business, with no requirement to cold call.
Primarily your role will be to gather terms thereafter to manage any policy queries.
Our client is part of a large well know insurance group so will be able to offer career opportunities as well as the backing and support for you to complete your CII exams.
