An award-winning commercial property consultancy are looking to enhance their Nottingham team with a professional Senior Building Surveyor.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a leading consultancy across the Midlands, currently operating across four successful offices.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor within the team, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of exciting projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, office, retail, leisure and mixed-use.
Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the chance to develop their professional services experience with a focus on dilapidation advice, PPM, pre-acquisition surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and party wall services.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a well-rounded individual with both professional and project experience behind them.
- Ideally MRICS but not essential
- Previous consultancy experience is preferred
- A self-motivated and independent individual
