About the role of Sales Manager
Our client works on various projects on a Nationwide basis. Projects ranging from high end residential, high-rise apartment blocks and care homes. You will be joining a small team and reporting into the Managing Director.
Responsibilities for Sales Manager
- Consult with clients and customers providing exceptional service
- Assisting clients with their requirements and finding resolutions
- Promoting and representing the business and their services to a high standard
- Maintaining and managing existing relationships with clients and monitor accounts
Requirements for Sales Manager
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to speak publicly with an engaging manner
- Previous experience within a sales based role
- Expert negotiation skills
- Construction knowledge is essential
- Driving license
This position has the potential to expand as the business grows and develops both nationwide and overseas.
What we offer for a Sales Manager
- Competitive salary ranging between £45,000 to £55,000 DOE.

- Working from home 4 days a week
