Position: Reprographics and Mailroom Operator
Payrate: £17 - £20 per hour
Location: Kingswood, Surrey
Duration: 6 Months
Start date: August
Our client is a Financial Services company, and are looking for a Print/Post Operator to join their Surrey office on a 6 Month temporary basis. You would be responsible for providing Mailroom, Reprographics services and support and advice for the clients and companies employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and providing flexible and responsive assistance to both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor mailboxes and redistribute / print to relevant operations departments
- Print all letters in print queue from operations teams and ensure all relevant literature is enclosed accordingly
- Ensure all controls are followed (4 eyes check etc)
- End of day reconciliation and MI capture
- Escalation & Resolution of issues/software or hardware outages
- Order stationery for Document Management team as and when requested
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Competency in all standard Windows office applications
Person Specification
- Previous Mailroom and Reprographics experience essential
- High standard of personal presentation
- Excellent customer service skills and a willing and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Able to take responsibility to ensure that an outstanding service is delivered at all times and to smooth out potential issues
- Team player
