A leading UK Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to lead and develop their Business Analysts Practice to support it's significant growth and change agenda.
- Brand new role in the leadership team (Ex Co minus 2)
- Leading and developing a high performing team of Business Analysts across all projects
- Hybrid working - 2 or 3 days in Central London based offices near Liverpool Street station
Your Role:
Reporting to a Director of Change, this Business Analysis Manager will play a critical role in the Change & Transformation leadership team responsible for shaping and setting the standards and methodology for Business Analysis, ensuring both leaders and peers deliver a shared purpose. Working closely leadership team, you will:
- Lead and develop the current team of Business Analysts of 8 across multiple projects, programmes
- Own the business analysis methodology and standards and be "hands-on" in ensuring technical and business requirements are met.
- Shape and implement a standardised Business Analysis framework
- Work in partnership with the business as a trusted advisor to direct and drive best practice forward
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven experience directly managing and developing a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects in parallel for an Investment Management or Financial Services firm.
- Experience of creating and managing the implementation of a standardised Business Analysis framework and best practice in a matrix, cross functional change transformation environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience using industry standard business analysis tools
- The ability to support across a variety of business disciplines, embrace complexity, and have excellent skills in delivering clear communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive can-do attitude and able to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders within technology, the Change & Transformation team, and the wider organisation.
- Experience establishing and embedding best practice for new ways of working and instil a culture of innovation within the team
