EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation with headquarters based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their established team. This is a global organisation, so great opportunity to join a highly reputable brand. This is an office based position.
On Offer for the Service Coordinator:
- Basic salary £30,000 per annum
- Hours are 9am to 5pm
- Annual Bonus

Duties for the Service Coordinator:
- Scheduling engineers appointments
- Speaking with engineers and customers over the phone
- Organising diaries and planning routes
- Dealing with queries
- Occasional heavy lifting involved
- Handling products for dispatch and return
- Occasional deliveries and collections - Must have a driving license
Ideal Service Coordinator:
- Must have driving license
- Experienced booking appointments or planning routes
- Excellent telephone manner
- If you have a technical background, this would be a huge advantage
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- May be heavy lifting involved
