Pertemps Swindon is recruiting for a Sourcing and Sales Manager for our client in the construction industry, based in Wiltshire, SN10.

About the job
- Build and manage new and existing relationships with external and internal customers
- Source CDM's across the region to match demand and consumption levels
- Conduct, ensure and abide to all compliance requirements relating to suppliers and sourced materials
- Produce and report on all aspects of CDM performance while driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Visit customer sites to source and sell materials
The right candidate
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the construction industry
- Knowledge of the CDM market within the Wiltshire area.
- Methodical thinker to offer cost effective and strategic solutions to clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
