Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor Required for £100m Mixed-Use Scheme - Central London

I urgently require a Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a new build, mixed-use scheme in West London. The project will consist of residential units and a leisure facility. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years post-degree experience working for a main contractor, developer, or subcontractor, with strong procurement and full project life cycle experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract, temp-to-perm, or permanent role with a reputable contractor/developer known for their exciting projects and quality work.

Role: Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: West London

Rate/Salary: £350 - £550 p/d or £65k - £85k plus package (depending on experience)

Duties:

  • Initially dealing with procurement and package management
  • Handling other post-contract tasks
