Michelle Denny Recruitment is searching for a Registered Manager for a prominent care agency based in the heart of Norwich, Norfolk. The organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to oversee and lead their City team. The position pays up to £55,000pa with associated benefits attached.

The business is committed to providing exceptional care services to individuals dealing with dementia & mental health conditions, as well as those requiring palliative, respite, and emergency home care. Their mission is to offer the highest standard of support, enhancing the quality of life for service users and their families, whilst providing leadership and inspiration to its staff, creating a nurturing and happy work environment.

As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of care services, along with the development and growth of the branch, therefore you will need to make good use of your commercial understanding in this competitive market place.

  • Managing and supervising your team, ensuring they have all they need in order to deliver person-centred care that meets individual needs.
  • Overseeing care plans, assessments, and regular reviews to maintain high quality care standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
  • Implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold regulatory compliance and promote a safe and nurturing environment.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven experience in a care management role, within a similar, domiciliary setting.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach towards individuals with diverse care needs.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen to work alongside the Directors to improve service and develop the growth of the branch.
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent would be advantageous).
  • Access to your own transport and agreement for a DBS check.
