Finance Assistant | Hybrid Working | £32k | Nottinghamshire
We are currently recruiting for a
Finance Assistant
to work within a thriving business, as part of their small close knit finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to really develop your accounts experience on both sides of the
ledger.
This position offers hybrid working, based in the office twice a week and remainder working from home. Full time hours.
Responsibilities:
Processing
supplier invoices
, organising
payments
and
remittances
Raising
sales invoices
Allocating
payments
Reconciling the bank accounts
Processing
expenses,
organising
authorisations
and payments
General administration duties to support the finance function
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience as an
accounts assistant
Team player
Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of
Excel
Good communication skills at all levels
Organised and able to prioritise own workload
