Role: Administrator

Hours:: 15 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5 hours per day)

Location: Eastleigh (Office based)

Annual Salary: £12k per annum (pro rata)

We are looking for a dedicated part time Administrator to join a team in Eastleigh. The role involves maintaining a client database and booking system, route planning, handling enquiries, arranging visits, and diary management. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and manage the client database and booking system with high accuracy.
  • Plan routes for service delivery efficiently.
  • Handle all incoming enquiries with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Arrange visits and manage diaries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, primarily through strong telephone communication.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone skills and an empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Experience using spreadsheets and databases effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
