Digital Business Apprentice

SPS are leaders in the provision of property services. We deliver high quality products and services to over 400 customers around the UK. We deal with councils, local authorities, FM companies, landlords, banks and estate agents and give them security, environmental services, doors, access control, and helpdesk services, 24/7.

SPS are looking to bring on a Digital Business Apprentice to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a systems expert in Net Plus (CRM), using it for logging, saving and preparing ad-hoc quotes
  • Running reports using Excel
  • Using collaborative technology such as Sharepoint to extract documents
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and by email
  • Assisting with HR tasks such as preparing offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Entering training records on our database called Big Change
  • Updating and maintaining the RTA spreadsheet
  • Obtaining tender documents from various customer portals
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders
  • Updating and maintaining Health and Safety and ISO documents
  • Running reports using our databases Big Change, Netplus and Excel

  • Ideally had some IT experience

Salary:

£12,874 per annum

Working hours:

36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5pm
