The CDM Advisor will be responsible for the creation of CDM documentation and procedures, conducting nationwide site inspections and audits, and directly engaging with contractors and site management to support, educate, and ensure health and safety compliance. You will be required to assist senior members in fulfilling the role of CDM Advisor/Principal Designer for a renowned hotel and hospitality provider in the UK.

They handle major development projects valued between £1 million and £100 million. CDM Advisor Position Overview
- Assist in preparing pre-construction information.
- Review construction phase plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Provide advice to contractors on CDM2015 regulations.
- Set up projects and offer administrative support.
- Assist in delivering Principal Designer duties under direction.
- Conduct site inspections and monitoring visits to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within the allocated resource profile.
CDM Advisor Position Requirements
- A health and safety qualification, such as a NEBOSH Certificate, is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Background or experience in construction.
- Understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and manage a variety of internal and external relationships.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.
