Machine Operators (Permanent contract after 12 weeks)

Pay Rates: £11.80 per hour (£23,015.02 once permanent) plus an attendance bonus of £20 per week paid for full attendance on all shifts (so up to £12.33 per hour)
Day Shift: 6 days on, 3 days off, working a rotational 6am-2pm shift and 2pm-10pm shift. Weekend availability is required.

The Role:
- Control and operation of multiple automated machines
- Knowledge and application of company procedures and product quality standards
- Comply with all Health and Safety requirements as specified within the company procedures
- To be able to record all relevant information in line with company procedures
- To maintain acceptable housekeeping standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the benefit of the company by management
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in manufacturing products / environment would be an advantage
- Physically fit - there may be some heavy lifting required
- Diligent, good attention to detail.
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
