An experienced Telesales Executive with a proven track record of telesales is needed to join the team at this leading Managed IT Services and Infrastructure provider based in Cambridge on a full-time, hybrid working basis.

As a Telesales Executive, you will make business-to-business calls to arrange appointments and create opportunities for their sales team-no over-the-phone sales!

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be a professional, driven individual, results-oriented, and have a proven track record in Telesales.

This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £38,000, along with attractive benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

  • A well-spoken telesales representative to contact potential customers over the telephone to book appointments for the sales team to meet them and progress the opportunity
  • You will actively participate in engaging campaigns, meeting targets through persuasive communication and effective customer relationship management
  • Working on their CRM system, you will maintain accurate records of potential customer interactions

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach
  • Previous experience working for a business that sells Tech products and services is an advantage
  • Ability to grasp and articulate what products and services they provide
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications
