Main Responsibilities to include:
- Chasing via phone and email to ensure customer payements are received within suitable time.
- Reconcile customer accounts and code remittance.
- Review and update credit limits.
- Check credit reports on accounts
- Maintain accurate customer contact details
- Any ad-hoc accounts duties.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3+ years experience working in Credit Control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of Sage.
