Legal Secretary

We have partnered with an established and growing legal services company in Redditch who are looking for an enthusiastic legal secretary to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the commercial services team.

We are looking for individuals with experience within the legal sector, however applications will be considered from candidates with administrative experience in a regulated professional services industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial team, including preparing legal documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence, ensure all documents comply with legal and firm standards.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and maintaining professional communication.
  • To organise and maintain electronic files, monitoring key dates, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

To be considered for the role Legal Secretary you will require:

  • Experience within an administrative or secretary role in the legal or professional services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
