Yolk Recruitment has a new opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing company which is leading in innovation and the forefront of their industry. They manufacture high quality essential components for a rang if industries including defence, aviation and formula 1 and consistent growth and a strong, long order book has created new opportunities for experienced Machinists, Programmer/Setters and Setter/Operators to join the company.
The role is a day shift, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm with an early finish on a Friday, with plenty of opportunity for overtime for those that want to make the post of the earning potential.
This is what you will be doing as a CNC Machinist
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Program, set and operate CNC lathes/mills depending on skill set
- Meet quality requirements.
The experience you will bring to CNC Machinist
- Programming is advantageous
- Experience in setting without supervision.
- Technical expertise in line with this role.
