Assistant Occupational Therapist (Band 4)
Location: Leicester
Start Date: Asap
Duration: Minimum 3 months initially
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 08:00 - 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic support for stroke and neuro patients
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans
- Conduct assessments and document patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in stroke or neuro rehabilitation preferred
- Must have prior experience working at Band 4 level for at least one year
- Relevant professional qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in assessment and rehabilitation techniques
