We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As the focal point of the customer experience, you will manage client relationships, handle queries, and ensure accurate and updated information flow between energy suppliers and clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Track and report on client performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, communications, and performance reports

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client services, or a related field would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
