Salary: Salary: £30,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year OTE £65k+
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 18:00pm - Alternative Saturdays

Job Details
As the Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of, including property Lettings, valuations, and bringing on new landlords and registering new applicants.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of Lettings department.
- Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation.
- Securing new business opportunities.
- Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants.
- Offering great customer service over phone and in person.
- Achieving personal and branch targets.
- Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator/manager level
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A valid UK driving license
