Remuneration: £45,000 - £48,000 +12% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Render & Plasters will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range renders, mortars, plasters and EWI
- Majority of your time will be spent selling through national and independent merchants channels such as: Travis Perkins & Jewsons
- A large portion of your time will also be involved selling directly in main and sub-contractors, homeowners and housebuilders, plastering contractors, applicators,
- Smaller element generating specifications via architects and conducting 2 CPD presentation per month
- Targeted to achieve a turnover in access of £2.5m per annum
- Dealing with typical order values of £1k - £20k+
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Render & Plasters with:
- Must have a proven track record in field based sales role selling construction / heavyside building materials such as renders, plasters, cladding, insulation, rainscreen, facades, or related products
- Must have sold to contractors, plasterers, applicators OR housebuilders on site
- Must have experience of selling through merchant channel
- Ideally experienced getting products specified with architects
- Ideally experience of conducting CPD Presentations
- Technical and on-site experience with building materials
- Genuine 'get up and go', determined and tenacious, make a good impression
