Legal Support Assistant / PA - Real Estate
TSR Legal have a brand-new opportunity for a Legal Support Assistant to join a prestigious law firm recognised by The Times as a Top 60 UK Law Firm. The firm are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual with a service-focused mindset to play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of the Real Estate Team and Partner.
This opportunity involves meticulous diary management, coordinating meetings, and managing communications for a high-level executive. The successful candidate will be the linchpin for client interactions and administrative support, ensuring seamless operations within the Real Estate Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients and address administrative and business support needs for the Head of Team.
- Assist with financial transaction preparations.
- Draft, format, and process a variety of documents and correspondence.
- Manage diaries and provide PA support to the Head of the team.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a professional services environment.
- Robust administrative background.
- Client-facing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom.
- Competent audio typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
