Are you an IT Support Engineer looking for an exciting new role with a quickly growing MSP based in Gloucestershire that offers training and progression into more senior roles?
Do you want the opportunity to assist clients with migration of on-premise to modern cloud-based systems, while working with a supportive and close-knit team?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity, working for a well-established managed service provider supporting small to medium-sized businesses in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and IPv4 networks will be highly valued.
In the role, you will provide telephone and onsite support, assist clients with various technical issues, and help them plan future upgrades. A solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Admin, Exchange Admin, SharePoint Admin, and other related systems.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with experience in a similar role and looking to progress in a fast paced environment.
The Role:
- Provide telephone and onsite support for a variety of technical issues.
- Assist clients with planning and implementing upgrades to modern cloud-based systems.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 systems and ensure smooth migrations.
The Person:
- IT support and Microsoft 365 systems admin experience.
- Understanding of IPv4 networking and Windows 11 OS.
- Full driving license and local to Gloucestershire.
