Role:

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and highly-skilled QA Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. As our first QA in the team you will have freedom to shape the test strategy moving forwards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and manage test strategies to ensure software meets and exceeds quality standards.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report on testing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, verifying bug fixes and performing regression testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting improvements to software and testing processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging testing tools, and methodologies.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
