Job Title: Junior Architectural Technician

Salary: £24,000- £30,000 dependent on experience

This forward thinking practice is seeking a passionate Junior Architectural Technician to join their social and collaborative team in Lichfield.
The successful Junior Architectural Technician will have strong technical skills being well versed in AutoCAD and Revit and have experience producing technical drawings for residential and healthcare projects.
Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
- HND/HNC or a Degree in Architectural Technology
- Several years Post qualification experience is advantageous
- Be well versed in AutoCAD and ideally Revit
- Ideally you will be experienced running jobs from conception to completion
- Have supported senior members of staff heavily throughout a projects lifespan
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Excellent technical abilities with strong experience on the later RIBA stages
- Awareness of current UK building regulations
- Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
- Great communication skills
- Passionate and driven to continue professional development
- Work well within a team environment
- Strong portfolio
- Experience producing technical drawings for residential and healthcare projects
- Be local to the area
