The Role

Salopian Care is a well-established, Domiciliary Care Provider. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join our team. You'll play a key role, leading, supporting, and overseeing our dedicated team of care workers.

Note: The role has some travel expected within the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Oversee care planning and assessments.
  • Manage and supervise staff performance and development.
  • Maintain and improve care standards.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.

The Person

  • Experience as a Registered Manager.
  • Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • Excellent communication skills for working with a diverse team.
  • Understanding of financial and commercial practices.
  • Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • High integrity and commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Experience with care management software (a plus!).
