Salopian Care is a well-established, Domiciliary Care Provider. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join our team. You'll play a key role, leading, supporting, and overseeing our dedicated team of care workers.
Note: The role has some travel expected within the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
- Oversee care planning and assessments.
- Manage and supervise staff performance and development.
- Maintain and improve care standards.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.

The Person
- Experience as a Registered Manager.
- Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Excellent communication skills for working with a diverse team.
- Understanding of financial and commercial practices.
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- High integrity and commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Experience with care management software (a plus!).
