Are you a night owl with exceptional customer service skills? We have an amazing opportunity for you! Our client, a leading customer service company, is seeking not one, but two talented Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
?? As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll need to have excellent phone skills to provide top-notch service to customers. Alongside this, strong data input abilities are a must for capturing and maintaining accurate information.
?? Basic process analysis skills will also be required so that you can identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions. Most importantly, your passion for delivering outstanding customer service will shine through every interaction.
?? This role offers a unique working pattern from 11pm to 8am, including weekends and bank holidays. Yes, you heard it right! ! But don't worry, you'll have the luxury of working from the comfort of your own home �?.
?? An attractive hourly rate of £12 will be offered, reflecting the excellent level of service you'll be providing to customers throughout the night. And if you excel in this role, there may be an opportunity for a full-time, permanent position with our client.
