This isn't just any Facilities role. This is a part-time facilities co-ordinator role with a focus on projects, one that will probably see you enjoy home baked cakes on Wednesdays and looking after major refurb works the next! This part-time facilities co-ordinator position offers you a work life balance, learning opportunities and a team of highly experienced individuals.

  • Salary range of £23,000 - £27,000 PR
  • 24 hours a week across 3 days, Wednesdays are a must
  • Temporary, 5 - 6 months duration

Working as the Facilities Co-ordinator you will be providing cover for a planned sabbatical, this particular role within the team will see you being a central point of contact for planned projects but also, many projects that pop up as you go. No two weeks will ever be the same and you'll need to be confident (and enjoy!) dealing with contractors.

The ideal background for this role includes facilities, project management, strong administration and interpersonal skills and a resourceful nature. Reporting into a manager who has worked within the organisation for 24 years you can be sure there's help on hand when needed but you'll also be given plenty of autonomy to work under your own steam. This team are well gelled, they are welcoming, have fun and work hard.

If you only have some exposure to Facilities this is ok, you don't need to hold a qualification so this role could be a fantastic way to gain more exposure!
