Business Development Administrator

Reed Business Support are excited to be working with an exceptional educational establishment in Cambridge. They are seeking a Business Development Administrator to support their business development team in achieving sales targets. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including disseminating programme and funding information, arranging employer meetings and events, maintaining the CRM system, and providing first-line support for inquiries related to apprenticeships.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of their range of apprenticeships to confidently engage new employers.
- Stay informed about processes and compliance requirements, including Apprenticeship funding rules.
- Respond to incoming inquiries, providing information and guidance, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Proficiently maintain the CRM, ensuring new contacts and opportunities are added and tracked promptly.
- Update live application trackers for accurate reporting on recruitment timelines.
- Maintain and update course information, guidance documents, templates, and presentations.
- Provide updates to employers and their employees throughout the admissions and business processes.
- Arrange employer meetings and events, including logistics like parking and hospitality.
- Plan and prioritise tasks to meet response KPIs and deadlines.
- Stay updated with market trends and employer demand.
- Attend and support relevant meetings and events as required.
- Comply with Data Protection and other legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and funding rules is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a complex team environment.
