Role Overview

We're looking for a Response Operative to support our client's site in Essex

To respond to Kent Police call outs as and when required in line with the rota. Carry out ADHOC jobs to include providing support throughout the contract to bridge any operational gaps in the service provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with the cleaning specification and work schedules
  • Decontamination cleaning procedures to be adhered to at all times when attending foul cells/vehicles, SARC & crime scenes.
  • Ensure Call Outs are responded to within 2 Hours from receiving call.
  • Ensure documentation is completed for all call outs; this must be signed off by our client and passed to the office for processing.
  • Complete ADHOC jobs as requested by your line manager
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is required at all times.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Follow the safe use of chemicals guidance (COSHH).
  • To ensure the handover of any outstanding work.
  • This role will require flexibility and may require travel outside the Kent boundary, providing support on other Incentive QAS contracts.

  • Attention to detail and proactive.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and also as a member of a team
  • Experience in working within a team as well as on your own – essential
  • Knowledge of COSHH
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
