Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global Bristol based business to recruit a Head of Treasury Operations.
The Role
This is a pivotal role for my client, which will require you to lead and develop a large international team of treasury professionals within the Treasury Operations function, and provide insight and updates on operational activity for the region.
You will have oversight of all Front Office activity (ensuring trading is within agreed limits), and will be responsible for the bank account management process and all banking relationships within the region. In addition you will oversee the payment process, and help develop strategy in this area for the region whilst driving the effectiveness of the Treasury Middle Office activities.
You will also be part of all strategic decision-making for Treasury Operations, guaranteeing the highest level of compliance with all regulations and driving process improvement and efficiencies at every opportunity.
The Person
To be considered for this role you will be ACT Qualified with broad treasury experience, and a track record of leading high performing treasury teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, and you will ideally have experience of working for a highly regulated business, and be comfortable dealing with banks and leading on projects.
