As Office Administrator you'll provide day-to-day support to Partners and Fee Earners within the firm.
Salary – Up to £24,250 Per Annum
Location – Edinburgh
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 33.75 hours per week

The Role
You'll support the firm with various administrative tasks, including general administration and mail services in both physical and digital formats. Key duties involve photocopying, scanning, printing, preparing mail for digital scanning, processing outgoing mail, collating meeting papers, document binding, data entry, and electronic filing.
You'll also complete the online registration of Power of Attorney's, Registers of Scotland, including Voluntary Registration and collect and complete any information required for billing or client charge back data.
You'll need previous administrative experience to be considered for this role, legal setting experience is handy but not essential as training sill be provided.
