We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven Business Analyst to join a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, capable of analysing business problems, troubleshooting issues, and effectively communicating findings across different teams while raising the technical bar.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Investigate operational needs, perform gap analysis, and apply lean and systems thinking process improvement techniques to contribute to business transformation solution design.
  • Utilise business systems analysis expertise to participate in the creation of Business Cases, outlining future project proposals aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders to extract functional and non-functional requirements in an engaging manner.
  • Support meetings internally and with third parties, taking on the Agile team leader role to manage Stand Ups, Agile Boards, and identify blockers.
  • Develop and enhance customer relationships, manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, and adhere to change management protocols and processes.
  • Prioritise, specify, and model requirements in line with Agile & Waterfall documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of applying analytical techniques to evaluate existing business practices.
  • Experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle across several business areas, from inception through to implementation and training.
  • Evidence of applying business improvement techniques to identify solutions for project delivery, risks, and issues.
  • Confidence in working with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
  • Competence within programmes of work utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience of producing a wide range of Business Analysis products including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
