Purchase Ledger Assistant
Our client is seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and dedicated Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with high potential for a permanent position!
Role: Purchase Ledger Assistant
Location: Just north of Luton
Hourly Rate: Circa £13 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes, and matching purchase orders
- Managing supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting with month-end procedures and financial reporting
- Providing support to the finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
