The Role:

Currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their vibrant Estate Agency team in the Dundee office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of property transactions, offering administrative support, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation and management of property documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.
- Database Management: Maintain and update property databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordination: Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate property transactions.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, online listings, and promotional activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in property administration or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.
