Description
- Lead and oversee the financial operations within the company.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to drive the company's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Work directly with the CEO on commercial activities
- Provide commercial support to the sales team
- Strong on online accounting software tools eg. Xero, Dext etc.
- Learn new mid-sized business software eg. Sage Intacct
- Partner with other department heads to develop and execute business plans.
- Perform risk management duties to mitigate potential financial issues.
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Fully ACCA/ACA and technically solid
- Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero is a big plus
- Strong with statutory accounts, accounts payable processes and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, approachable and friendly
- Commercially minded
Job Offer
- An attractive yearly salary of around £55,000 to £65,000 DEO.
