Are you an Architectural Technician looking to join a close-knit, successful company who offer training, progression, and the chance to work on exciting and bespoke projects across the residential sector?
The company is one of the UK's leading, and award winning, specialist care and dementia housing architectural practices. This is a great opportunity for someone with architectural experience looking to build a career in an ever expanding SME.
They are looking for an Architectural Technician with good technical and construction knowledge to work on projects primarily within the residential sector, you will be liaising with a variety of clients from the care sector giving you the opportunity to work on some exciting and challenging bespoke designs.
This is the opportunity to progress as an Architect with a company offering plenty of training and a huge variety of projects giving you stability and variety with each project.
The Role:
- Production of Technical drawings
- Liaising with clients
- Dealing with the lifecycle of projects
- Ensuring designs meet building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of planning applications
The Person:
- Architectural Technology Qualification or similar
- Background in residential sector
- Experience in Revit
