Due to their current Service Manager retiring, our client, a large and very reputable dealership, is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join their team in Northampton. The Role
- Manage a team of 4, including a Service Advisor, a Warranty Advisor and 2 Parts People
- Oversee day-to-day service desk operations
- Continue to give the highest level of customer service at all times
- Liaise constantly with the technical teams to ensure communication is delivered to customers
- Maintain a continuous support and training function to your team
- Handle any potential queries from ongoing issues with customers
Experience Required
- Experience in a Service manager or Senior Service Advisor role within a main dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of warranty processes and procedure
- Have exceptional Customer Service experience
