Role: Paraplanning Manager - Hybrid role, £50k - £60k + package - some flexibility on salary
Role could suit a senior paraplanner looking to progress their career into management or a current manager looking to develop their career further.
The company is a Chartered Financial Planning firm providing holistic financial planning advice to UHNW & HNW clients. The Paraplanner Manager role in a very integral part of the whole back office team. The role will report into the board of directors.
Experience, skills qualifications for the Paraplanner Manager:
- Excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
- Good report writing skills.
- Proficient IT skills. This should include knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a Paraplanning role
- Ideally, experience in a management/supervision role
- Achieved professional qualifications to at least Level 4 (CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Ideally Chartered with the CII or well on your way to achieving this.
