**Job Title: Technical Projects Coordinator
Immediate Superior: CEO / Head of Operations
Location: Bolton / Client Site
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Main Purpose:
This role is an integral part of the commercial sales team, focusing on B2B customers. It aims to assist the projects and commercial teams with product, installation, and technical aspects of the sales process, along with elements of client account management and supplier liaison.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with Projects, Installations, Technical teams, and senior management to ensure accurate installation costs and smooth client installations.
- Documentation: Prepare internal and client documents, including site visit documents, quotes, product specifications, and marked drawings, plans, and schematics.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide the best sales solutions and quotes.
- Technical Solutions: Scope and develop internal technical solutions to meet client and company requirements.
- Client Showroom Experience: Welcome clients and suppliers to the showroom, ascertain requirements, and follow up with quotes and relevant information.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with CEO, Divisional Sales Directors, Head of Sales and Operations, and the Senior Executive team to formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
- Order Management: Liaise with relevant departments and customers regarding order issues, ensuring prompt and accurate communication of amendments.
Requirements:
- Experience in AV or sound engineering
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales administration and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
