?? About the Role:
We are seeking a operative to join our client's manufacturing team as Assembly Operatives. As an Assembly Operative, you will play a vital role in assembling parts within electronics, ensuring efficient production processes, and testing components. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling various parts and components according to specifications
- Working in a fast-paced production environment, meeting targets and deadlines
- Conducting testing procedures to ensure quality and functionality of finished products
- Performing general maintenance and cleaning tasks to optimise production processes
�? Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools for assembly
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow assembly instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines
?? Hourly Rate:
Starting from £11.44 per hour, with the opportunity to increase within due course.
?? Working Pattern:
Full-time hours, working day shift only Monday - Friday.
